James is the CEO of Attrax and has 20 years experience of leading and running organisations in the HR technology space.
He is a strong believer in harbouring internal creativity and talent to make Attrax the best possible place to work, with a culture that enables talented individuals to rise quickly through the ranks. James has expert knowledge of the talent attraction landscape and the latest candidate attraction technology.
James has a degree in English from the University of Birmingham and is both a failed session drummer and a disused tube station obsessive.
Client Services Director
Warren has been working in talent attraction and online recruitment for the last 20 years. His experience as Head of Marketing at both Randstad and Reed Health Group allows him to provide strategic advice and consultancy to our clients.
Warren also brings experience of working in a full service marketing and creative agency as Head of Client Services and Media Buying. He spent six years working with brands such as Bupa, Unilever Food Solutions, O2 Media and Aer Lingus, delivering corporate branding and strategic marketing consultancy.
As Client Services Director, Warren heads up the Attrax Delivery and Talent Attraction Teams.
David "DJ" Johnston
DJ has been a pioneer of recruitment and HR technology since his early days as Head of Marketing for staffing company Nigel Lynn Associates (now incorporated in the Morgan McKinley brand).
Creating a better experience and delivering strong ROI is what drives him and as part of the Attrax team he works closely with our blue-chip clients, including Vodafone, Mitchells & Butlers and SNC-Lavalin to continually improve Talent Attraction in all areas.
Whilst not talking HR Tech, DJ escapes in the New Forest with horses and dogs.
James (JOG), has been working in the talent attraction and recruitment technology market since 2008. Prior to joining Attrax, JOG worked at Centaur Media, on brands such as Marketing Week and The Lawyer. Responsible for creating and delivering talent attraction solutions to recruitment and staffing organisations, he ensured his clients were getting the best results from their investment.
JOG is responsible for the continued success and development of our enterprise level recruitment organisations. His ROI approach to account management ensures our customers understand how to maximise their recruitment technology solutions and talent attraction strategies.

Mollie is an expert in managing careers sites projects from beginning to go-live. With an excellent eye for detail and a strong customer servicing ethos, Mollie has delivered award-winning careers sites for the likes of Harrods, SNC-Lavalin, Mitchells & Butlers and more.
Her extensive experience in managing careers site projects allows Mollie to provide strategic advice and brilliant customer experiences to our Attrax partners.
When not reviewing resources and meeting deadlines, you can find Mollie spending time with her Cocker Spaniel puppy Willow.
Chief Technology Officer
Philip is the CTO of Attrax and is a 20-year technology veteran who overviews Attrax's private and public infrastructure, exploring and implementing a wide variety of technologies. Philip is a fully qualified MCSE and MCDBA and the main driver behind Attrax's ISO qualification.
Prior to joining Attrax Philip first completed a degree in Classics, he started a small agency business with friends, he then moved into business research and completed an MSc in International Business.
Philip has varied interests outside work, including team sports, diving, running (he has completed the Arctic marathon) and playing the piano.
