Last week it was all hands to the pump for Attrax, as the In-house Recruitment Live event came to London for its annual appearance in the recruitment hub of the South.
Situated in the Business Design Centre (Angel) and featuring numerous suppliers as well as keynote speeches by industry leaders, it was the place to be seen for any in-house recruitment professional in London - and beyond.
As a Gold Partner, Attrax had their own stand – and spinning fortune wheel - at the London Live event, but what was infinitely more exciting was the speech that our resident recruitment experts David Johnston and Warren Davidson gave at 11.30am on careers sites UX, automation and talent pipelining. In front of a packed room, DJ and Warren’s presentation explored the evolution of the careers website, the importance of recruitment marketing and careers websites. They went on to explore how to attract website visitors with Google search, Google for Jobs and targeted advertising, coupled with the improvements you can make to your careers site, through content, user experience and ATS integration.
